Hi I’m Lydia (BA Hons, DipHB KGH) I am a mum of three and a qualified Hypnobirthing teacher. I have a KGH Hypnobirthing Diploma which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives and I have also studied Natal Hypnotherapy.

I have first hand experience of Hypnobirthing and with contrasting labour experiences, I understand the difference Hypnobirthing makes to your experience of giving birth. My approach to teaching is down to earth and practical, and you will leave my course having learnt the skills and gained knowledge for your own better birth story. With a degree in Sociology & Linguistics, I have an understanding of the power of language, which plays a vital role in understanding why and how Hypnobirthing works.
